Passing privilege is conditional cis privilege, it is only a thing because of cis people’s nonsense. Basically if you’re read as cis then you will be treated better than someone who’s more obviously not cis but you still don’t get full cis privilege. (I don’t use the term passing because it’s problematic, conditional cis privilege is a better way to put it)
it’s similar to hetero privilege (i cant remember the exact phrase) but people who don’t look stereotypical gay (macho men/femme women) have some sort of privilege. it’s problematic for obvious reasons but though i dont have the data to back it up i’m sure those who look more “gay” get harassed more than those who fit gender roles better.
yeah, “straight-acting privilege” is probably what you’re looking for and I hate the term “straight-acting”, but it refers to people who keep it quiet and are gender-conforming IIRC—they get less shit than people who are gender-nonconforming and refuse to be silenced
